Aspen Grove Ventures invests in emerging growth companies focused on information and communication technology that are located primarily in Arizona, Nevada and Utah. We generally make investments of $500,000 to $3,000,000 in expansion stage companies that are seeking a second or third round of funding. We measure each investment opportunity against a variety of investment criteria and invest in companies that possess certain fundamental characteristics.

Specifically, Aspen Grove Ventures seeks investments in companies that possess the following criteria:

• Technology Sector: semiconductor, software, Internet and wireless infrastructure, storage networking and the broadband applications and services sectors
• Business Stage: reached the expansion stage with established revenues and revenue-generating partnerships in place Reached the expansion stage with significant revenues and partnerships in place
• Geography: located in Arizona, Nevada, and Utah
• Market Opportunity: beginning to penetrate large emerging markets with an opportunity to scale to $100 million or more in revenues within three to four years from the time of investment
• Competitive Advantages: established sustainable barriers to entry in the form of intellectual property
• Financial Visibility: clear path to profitability within 18 months of funding
• Proven Management: domain expertise and experience in executive management
